Intended Use

DOORFRAMER, Inc. products are designed to assist with the transportation, handling, and installation of doors and windows, and to help protect these products from damage during those processes.

Our products are not a substitute for, and should not be relied upon as, the sole means of:

Securing or supporting the structural load of any door, window, or related assembly.
Compliance with any building code, manufacturer installation instruction, or industry safety standard.
Proper rigging, lifting, or transport practices generally used in the industry.

Not a Substitute for Professional Judgment

Our products are tools intended to be used by, or under the guidance of, persons with appropriate training, skill, and experience in handling and installing doors and windows.

You are solely responsible for:

Determining whether a DOORFRAMER, Inc. product is suitable for your specific door, window, application, or job site conditions.
Following the door or window manufacturer’s own installation instructions and any applicable building codes or safety regulations.
Properly inspecting our products before each use to confirm they are not damaged, worn, or otherwise unsuitable for continued use.
Using our products only for their intended purpose and within any weight, size, or load limitations specified in the product listing or included instructions.

Limitations of Liability

DOORFRAMER, Inc. products are intended to reduce — not eliminate — the risk of damage during transport and installation. We make no representation or warranty that use of our products will prevent all damage, breakage, or injury.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOORFRAMER, Inc. IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO PRODUCTS, PROPERTY, OR PERSONS ARISING FROM: (i) MISUSE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR USE OUTSIDE THEIR INTENDED PURPOSE; (ii) FAILURE TO FOLLOW APPLICABLE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS, BUILDING CODES, OR SAFETY PRACTICES; (iii) USE OF A PRODUCT THAT WAS VISIBLY DAMAGED OR WORN PRIOR TO USE; OR (iv) THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF ANY THIRD PARTY, INCLUDING INSTALLERS, CONTRACTORS, OR CARRIERS, WHO WERE NOT UNDER OUR DIRECT SUPERVISION OR CONTROL.
