Returns

We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If a product you ordered does not work as intended, please contact us — in many cases, the issue is due to an incorrect part selection or a straightforward installation error that we can help resolve.

If a return is necessary, DOORFRAMER, Inc. will process your refund as quickly as possible. Depending on the reason for the return, original shipping costs may not be refunded and a 10% restocking fee may apply. Whenever possible, we will make every effort to provide a full refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

While we maintain rigorous quality control, defective or misshapen parts do occasionally slip through. If you receive an unacceptable quantity of unusable product, please contact us promptly at customerservice@doorframer.com or 916-240-8697 with your order or invoice number, photos of the issue if available, and the lot number located on the box. We will arrange a replacement or an appropriate refund.
