Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of being placed, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is received and again when it has shipped, including tracking information where available.
Shipping Methods and Rates
We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order.
- Orders of 1–9 boxes typically ship via UPS Ground.
- Larger orders ship via freight carrier. DOORFRAMER, Inc. maintains established relationships with multiple carriers to ensure competitive freight rates, which are passed on to our customers.
- For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
For freight shipments requiring additional delivery logistics (e.g., loading dock access, liftgate service, delivery appointments, or specific receiving hours), please notify DOORFRAMER, Inc. when placing your order to avoid additional charges. The cost of expedited shipping, when requested, is the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs processing (for international orders), or other events outside our control.
Order Tracking
Tracking information for UPS and freight carriers will be sent via email for all orders.
Shipping Damage
Our products are built to withstand the rigors of shipping, but packaging can sustain damage in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging, photograph the damage, and contact us at customerservice@doorframer.com or 916-240-8697. We will notify the carrier and work with you to arrange a replacement or refund consistent with our Refund/Return Policy.
International Shipping
DOORFRAMER, Inc. ships internationally. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Delivery times may be affected by customs processing.
Trade and Wholesale Orders
Shipping terms for bulk or trade account orders, including freight terms (e.g., FOB shipping point) and minimum order quantities, are governed by our Trade Account Terms.
