The RS1 is designed for interior, solid core doors only. It is not intended for exterior door applications.

Yes — the RS1 Racking Spacer is reversible and works for both 3/32" and 1/8" reveal sizes, giving you flexibility across different door specifications.

How does the RS1 prevent racking?

The RS1 fits between the door and jamb and, when stapled in place, creates a rigid connection that resists the lateral forces that cause doors to rack during shipping and handling.
